Vincent Y.N. Mak
As a core team member, Vincent brings 16 years of expertise in modular architecture and product management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design and an MBA from Golden Gate University (GGU), along with PMP certification, reflecting his multidisciplinary strength. Vincent has held leadership roles such as Technical Director and Project Director in the Modular Integrated Construction (MIC) industry, where he managed international projects spanning Hong Kong, the U.S., Europe, Australia, and Tahiti. Under his leadership, over 800 modules have been successfully delivered for a variety of residential and commercial building projects, demonstrating his exceptional project execution capabilities. Vincent excels at translating client requirements into comprehensive, end-to-end solutions. He integrates key considerations throughout the project lifecycle—from material selection and regulatory compliance to design optimization, logistics planning, and on-site installation—while consistently enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. His expertise covers the entire process from initial bidding and technical development to production quality control and complex overseas approval procedures. This holistic approach enables Vincent to deliver tailored, results-driven outcomes for every project, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion and supporting the company's continued global expansion in the MIC sector.
Peimeng Duan
Peimeng Duan serves as our Technical Engineering Director, bringing over a decade of dedicated expertise in prefabricated steel structure construction to his leadership role. A certified National Class-One Registered Constructor, he is a pivotal technical authority whose deep industry knowledge directly influences project excellence and innovation. Mr. Duan's credibility is further elevated by his contributions to the industry's foundational frameworks. He has been actively involved in compiling and reviewing several key technical standards and specifications, a role that demonstrates his recognized expertise and commitment to advancing safety, quality, and efficiency across the modular construction sector. In his capacity at GS MOD, Mr. Duan spearheads all core engineering functions. He provides rigorous oversight from initial design validation and structural analysis to material specification and production methodology. His meticulous approach ensures that every project adheres to the highest levels of technical integrity, complies with all regulatory requirements, and achieves optimal buildability. Mr. Duan’s leadership is essential in translating complex architectural concepts into manufacturable, high-quality, and dependable modular units, thereby upholding our promise of delivering superior and reliable built environments.
Ding Wenlin
Mr. Ding Wenlin is our seasoned Engineering Lead, with over 18 years of extensive experience in modular construction and prefabricated interior systems. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Changzhou University and PMP certification, demonstrating expertise across engineering management, product development, and quality control. As a core technical member of our team, he has successfully led multiple major projects, including the development of the AISAAS BIM system, modular residential projects in Los Angeles, and specialized builds for Antarctic research stations. He excels at translating client requirements into end-to-end practical solutions, overseeing all stages from design and process planning to production and on-site installation. Committed to process optimization and technical integration, Mr. Ding consistently enhances efficiency, controls costs, and promotes standardization throughout the project lifecycle.
