The project was built with 128 modules in a two-storey configuration, completed in a single construction phase. All modules were manufactured under factory-controlled conditions, with precision in both structure and interior works. The building complies with AS-NZS 6500 standards, ensuring safety, durability, and energy efficiency in line with local regulations.
Production in the factory was completed in 60 days, followed by 20 days of on-site assembly. This streamlined process significantly reduced construction time compared to conventional methods, while guaranteeing consistent quality.
