Built for Efficiency and Scale

The hotel was designed and constructed using a modular system, with every unit pre-engineered and prefabricated in factory. Each module was manufactured to strict standards and included complete structural, mechanical, and interior installations.

This method not only ensured consistent quality across all 252 modules but also allowed the high-rise structure to be assembled on-site with speed and precision. By leveraging modular technology, the construction period was significantly reduced compared to traditional hotel developments, while maintaining compliance with local standards (AS-NZS 6500).

How GS MOD Makes It Possible

GS MOD managed the entire process from module design to high-rise assembly. Our engineering team optimized module structures for vertical stacking while ensuring safety and durability at height. In the factory, modules were completed with structural steel frames, insulation, interior finishes, and all essential systems pre-installed.

During the on-site phase, GS MOD coordinated transportation, crane installation, and precision alignment, ensuring seamless integration of all 252 modules. By uniting advanced design, factory precision, and efficient on-site assembly, GS MOD delivered a landmark hotel that demonstrates the full potential of modular construction for urban high-rises.
