The project consists of three apartment types in different sizes, each equipped with a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. By offering varied layouts, Spa-5 meets the needs of different lifestyles while maintaining efficiency and practicality.

Accelerated Construction, Optimized Living

The Spa-5 apartments are designed on the standard 40-foot container module, enabling efficient production and cost-effective long-distance transportation by sea. This approach reduces logistics costs and ensures scalability across different locations.


Each construction phase is completed in less than six months, significantly shortening the building schedule compared to conventional methods. The result is a residential solution that lowers costs, accelerates delivery, and provides high-quality living environments.
